The City Crafter Challenge this week is a Splash of Color and that is right up my alley. I have long adored using black to pop bright colors.
This card basically just used up some scrap papers I had. I used a black card and some washi tape at the bottom edge. I adore using turquoise with black so made my greeting in banner form for a simple card.
