Pumpkin ATCs

Welcome to a little interlude. A few small things that were done before I had decided on a "theme" for this year's Halloween month of posts.

Today I'm sharing some ATCs I've made. These were done with scraps and using up bits and pieces of things that were hanging around from last year. These were super fun to make and I get a real boost of energy when I use up scrap stuff on my desk.

A Pair of Jacks:  These orange painted ATCs were left from last year so I loaded them up with every orange and red scrap of ephemera that those Tim Holtz packs could hold. The pumpkins themselves are cut from a larger paper that I also tried to use up last year. I really like how they came out. Not sure what I'll do with them but they might be keepers.

Poison Pumpkin:  This ATC reminds me of the old Halloween postcards my brother collects. So many of those had the living pumpkin people or other living veggies. They all had the same creepy eyes that just stared out at you. It's really close to what googly eyes do for a face.

So that's all for today. It was a refreshing change from purple, green and witches, right?

Remember to keep checking back every Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday this month for more Halloween posts! Lots more projects to share!
